PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: 

Program Behavior Analysts are responsible for conducting behavioral assessments to develop treatment programs. This job function also requires the training and supervision of behavior technicians who implement the treatment programs.  Additionally, the behavior analyst works closely with the family of individual and will build rapport with caregivers. 

Feedback and additional supervision will be given by the Clinical Director and COO. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• Master’s Degree with BCBA Certification and state licensure 
• At least one (1) year experience completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavior support plans, with two (2) year of experience serving individuals with lifelong disabilities in some capacity.  
• Must be able to pass a background check, Recipient Rights background check and TB test.  
• Must complete additional training after employment including but not limited to; company in-services and required funding source trainings. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting and standing) for extended periods of time.  
• Must be willing to sit on the floor for extended periods of time.  
• Must be able to restrain and/or transport while utilizing quick body movements as trained as a last resort. 
• Must be willing to work in various environments to perform therapy such as home, schools, centers and community settings.  
• Must be willing to drive within a 30-60-mile radius as needed for treatment of clients in the home, community, and school settings.  
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance required.  
• Must have access to email and phone contact and reply in no less than 48 hours. 

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:  

Work in a fast-paced and often intense learning environment to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.  

• Interview clients, conducting follow-ups and collecting data.  
• Interact directly with clients through various activities, teaching life-skills and assisting with personal care when needed.
• Meet with clients’ family members.  
• Participating in sessions and meetings.
• Answering questions from clients and their family members. 
• Helping clients with everyday activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

• HS Diploma   

• Must be able to pass a background check, Recipient Rights background check and TB test  

• Immediate completion of online training RBT modules, CPR, and Fingerprinting  

• Must complete additional training after employment including but not limited to; company in-services and required funding source trainings  

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: 

The Operations Manager oversees their assigned center's daily operations. The growth of the center's team is one of many responsibilities, which also includes but is not limited to: 

• Payroll, billing, and general reporting 
• Mutually beneficial staff and patient scheduling 
• Recruitment, employment, and onboarding of local administrative personnel, as well as assistance with this procedure for clinical personnel (such as behavioral therapists) 
• Regulating interactions with clients and employees 
• Ensuring the center's financial stability using prescribed key performance measures 
• Maintaining a functional and safe facility 
• Staff, patient, and family communication 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, administration or management preferred. 
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in management required.
